In the winter, the Castle's fireplace provides an intimate atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy either lunch or dinner or a quiet drink by the fire.  In the Summer, The Castle offers luncheon and early evening cocktails and appetizers on their beautiful flagstone Patio overlooking Lake Sargent and the Castle's own Herb Gardens.
